We then work backwards, managing construction cost to margin rather than to aspiration. You receive a development that exits cleanly: no unsold inventory sitting at the wrong price point, no corners cut that come back as snagging disputes six months into occupation. From site clearance to handover of keys, we run it as a single integrated operation.
