Old buildings in Nigeria are often dismissed because they look tired. We look past that. A 1980s structure in Ikoyi with good bones and a clear title is frequently a better investment than a new build. You are paying for location at land value, not land-plus-construction-markup.

We assess what is worth keeping and what is not. Original terrazzo floors, hardwood joinery, masonry walls of a quality that simply is not replicated today: these we restore. Outdated electrical, inadequate drainage, poor insulation: these we replace entirely, not patch. The finished building carries the character of its age with the performance standards of today.
